After-sales service
■Service purpose:Fast, decisive, accurate, thoughtful and thorough
■Service objectives:Quality of service to win customer satisfaction
■Service efficiency:If the equipment fails within the warranty period or outside the warranty period, the supplier shall send maintenance personnel within 24 hours after receiving the notice, if the telephone communication cannot be solved.
Staff to the site for maintenance.
■Service principles:The product warranty period is twelve months. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the damaged parts caused by quality reasons free of charge.For the damage of parts and components, only the cost fee will be charged for the provided accessories. For the equipment damage caused by the demander's human factors, the supplier's maintenance or provided accessories are calculated according to the cost price.
■ Outside the warranty period, our company's technical personnel shall visit us no less than three times a year to investigate the use of users.
