Equipment Introduction
Our company has developed DRZ-520, DRZ-420, and DRZ-320 continuous stretching vacuum packaging machines after years of research and development, rewriting the history of relying solely on imported equipment in China for more than 20 years and completely replacing imports.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for vacuum, inflatable and body fitted packaging of various leisure foods, bean products, meat products, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, Pickled vegetables, chilled meat, pharmaceutical products, hardware components, medical devices, etc.
Control System
Adopting Mitsubishi programmable controller control, Mitsubishi servo, Mitsubishi touch screen and Mitsubishi temperature module, all using Japanese, European, Taiwanese and other electrical appliances. Equipped with comprehensive safety protection measures, including fault alarm, fault analysis, and fault reset functions.
Equipment Function
1. The photoelectric tracking adopts Bonner from the United States, and can be packaged with color cover film or optical film for high accuracy and improved product grade.
2. The combination mold is easy to replace and can be used for multiple purposes. The mold has a cooling system, and the overall mold is made of aluminum plate hollow, which has a good effect on the vacuum heat sealing of the product.
3. According to the packaging requirements of the user's product, it can be equipped with automatic coding, spray coding system or laser coding system.
4. According to the packaging requirements of the user's product, nitrogen or mixed gas can be filled for packaging on the basis of vacuum pumping.
5. Equipped with world-class German ScH vacuum pump, with high vacuum degree, stable quality, durability and reliability.
6. Using Taiwanese chains, it is suitable for stretching and forming various thicknesses of soft film, hard film, and semi hard film, and can be specially packaged.
7. Equipped with a corner waste recycling system to maintain environmental hygiene.
8. Adopting advanced cross cutting and longitudinal cutting systems, and computerized tool adjustment.
